What to Expect
Message us
Tell us what you are interested in, or simply describe what is bothering you. If you are not sure where to start, say so. That is a normal place to begin.
We talk it through
We will ask a few questions, suggest what is likely to suit you, and answer anything you want to know before committing to an appointment.
Secure your appointment
Once we have agreed a time, a £50 deposit confirms it. We will explain anything you need to do beforehand.
Your consultation
Your skin is assessed properly and your history discussed. You leave with a plan built for you, and no pressure to book treatment on the day.

- A full assessment of your skin and what is affecting it
- Your medical history, routine and anything you have tried before
- An honest view of what is realistic, and what is not
- A written plan, including whether treatment is appropriate at all

Before you book
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment.
- A £50 deposit secures your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling follows the same 24 hours' notice.
- Where an appointment is cancelled late or missed, we make a note on your record.
